Your documents
Quick PDF edits PDFs entirely inside your browser. Files you open, the edits you make and the files you save are processed on your device and are never uploaded to our servers or anyone else’s. We cannot see them.
Your account
You can try Quick PDF without an account. To download, share or keep a signature you sign in with Google or with an email and password (handled by Google Firebase Authentication). We then store: your name and email address, the sign-in method, when you created the account and were last active, and how many files you saved and of what kind (for example “PDF” or “split”). We use this to run the service, count users and, later, to offer optional paid plans. We never store your documents or their contents. You can ask us to delete your account through the contact form.
Saved on your device
If you save a signature, it is kept in your browser’s local storage on this device only, for your account. You can delete it from the signature panel. The app also stores its own code in your browser so it works offline.
Messages you send us
If you use the contact form, we receive your name (if given), email address, topic and message so we can reply. We keep them only as long as needed to help you, and never sell them.
Analytics and ads
Quick PDF currently uses no advertising and no third-party tracking. To know how much the app is used, we keep an anonymous tally of finished documents per tool and per day (for example “merge: 12”). It contains nothing about you or your files: no file names, no content, no IP address and no account. Our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security. If this changes we will update this page first.
Deleting your account
You can have your account and everything stored with it deleted at any time. See how to delete your account.
Children
Quick PDF is not directed at children under 13.
