Edit PDF text
Fix a typo, change a name, date or number in the PDF itself. Choose “Edit text”, select a line and retype it. Quick PDF covers the old words with the page color and writes yours in a matching size, in Sans, Serif or Mono, with bold and color options.
- Works on PDFs with real text (most PDFs made on a computer)
- For scans, use White-out plus Add text
- The old words are hidden, not deleted: use Redact when they must be gone

Add text anywhere
Tap any spot on any page and type. Pick the font, size, color and bold. Perfect for flat forms that have no fillable boxes, notes, dates and corrections.
- Works on every PDF, including scans and flat forms
- Pick Sans, Serif or Mono to match the document

- Ink in black, blue or dark red
- “Save for next time” keeps your signature on this device for your account
- An electronic signature placed on the page (not a certificate-based digital signature)

What Quick PDF doesn’t do
We’d rather you know up front: Quick PDF doesn’t convert PDFs to Word, Excel or PowerPoint, doesn’t recognize text in scans (no OCR), and doesn’t send documents to other people to sign. It’s built for getting your own PDF edited, signed and sent fast.
